The upper two-thirds of the page shows a stylized drawing of the United States, with prominent features like the Rocky mountains, the Mississippi river, and the Great lakes. Also included are small drawings or caricatures to represent major cities such as the Golden Gate Bridge for San Francisco and an alligator with a palm tree for Miami. There are also lines of stylized figures shown walking from various locations towards Washington, DC.
