Three (3) butterflies in a Riker Mount which is a thin, glass-topped, cotton-filled exhibition case. They range in size 1 7/8 x 1 5/8 to 1 5/8 x 2 3/8.. Upper side is chestnut brown; black borders have 2 rows of white spots; white spots are scattered at the apex. Underside of hindwing has black veins; black border has 2 rows of white spots. The one in the middle is folded. The middle and the lower butterfly are male. The one above does not have any gender indication on verso. Verso from left to right and top to bottom: "The Queen Danais Berenice Tampa, Fla. 7-13-32 Danais Berenice [male symbol] Tampa, Fla. 7-7-32 D. Berenice [male symbol] Tampa, Fla. 7-14-32"
