Five (5) butterflies in a Riker Mount which is a thin, glass-topped, cotton-filled exhibition case. They range in size from 1 x 1 3/8 to 1 9/16 x 2 1/8. This description is from left to right and top to bottom.  The first butterfly is orange with elaborate eyespots on each wing, grown triple border around outside of wings.  Four jagged stripes along top of wings. The second butterfly is brown at the top and center of wings.  It has yellow on the bottom and top center near the body.  The third is orange with brown splotches.  The fourth is brown with eyespots on each wing and the last is brown with two eyespots on each wing. Verso from top to bottom and left to right: "Jumonica cebrene 1929 Transvaal S. Africa Byblia ilithyia Jumonia Almana Ypithina asterope [male symbol] hinotesia perspicua"
