This is a black and white photograph of Harry St. John Dixon. Dixon is photographed in three-quarter profile looking downward toward a large sheet of metal that appears at lower right in the image. The cap he is wearing partially obscures his face, and he holds a hammer in his right hand that is poised to strike the metal sheet.
