Linen, rayon, oil paint and dyes This picture is made from woven strips of painted paper and rayon yarns. It is glued to a cotton canvas backing and attached to a wooden stretcher with a middle support bar. The picture is attached to the stretcher by velcro strips. Beth Szuhay, Textile Conservator
