Wedding dress and accessories. Material: satin. Date: 1908. Description: veil, orange blossoms, hose, shoes, corset, silk slip; worn by donor's mother whose husband is a cousin of Oakland's original E. Adams. Restoration: lace ruffle sewed back to yoke 11-11-76 white thread; also has copy photograph of donor's motheing same dress, under same accession # sweart (DC 6-93) As a guess at the right letters: A: dress; B: slip; C: pair stockings; D: corset; E: pair shoes; G; orange blossoms: G: veil; I: photo.
