The area shown on the subdivision map is bounded on the west by San Pablo Road and on the east by Grove St. The boundary street on the north is Campbell Ave. (perhaps 27th St.) and on the south by Wallace Ave. (perhaps 25th or Sycamore St.). Alden Ave. bisects the subbdivision from east to west, and West St. bisects the area in a north-south direction. W.F. Boardman is cited as the County Surveyor; the tract was surveyed February, 1868. An index map is also provided. "This property is situated within 20 minutes' walk of the Broadway or Market Street Station, and will be sold on easy terms."
