Painting. Description: Water color portrait of Senora Maria Higuera Juarez, wife of Don Cayetano Juarez, 1815-1890. Born at the Presidio in San Francisco. Framed in gilded wood frame with velvet (red) insert lining. History: The donor is the great grandchild of Don Cayetano Juarez and Senora Maria Higuera Juarez. She had her sister both agreed to donate these materials to the Museum. (sister's name is Mrs. Dolores Juarez Onger).
