The rim, hands and delicate floral decorations are done in metallic gold. B: The saucer has a scalloped rim and is decorated in similar fashion to the cup: the rim and decorative flowers are done in metallic gold, and the color runs from a very light baby blue at the outside, to white in the center. There are molded ridges and dots in the saucer. The bottom is white, with orange colored markings: "Raphael Weill & Co., San Francisco. France." Tape from Della's collection had marked this as "9" on inside of cup.
