This appears to be a corner of a room in a library in which there are 10 racks holding racks of newpapers, suspended on horizontal rods. Above the racks is a display of posters, covering most of the wall space. Above the posters is bunting draped over the entire corner. A wicker weave table and three chairs, two of which are arm chairs, is near the corner of the room. A portion of another seating arrangement is a the right edge of the photo. Projecting from a wall near the corner is a sign which reads "Section E"
