A little girl is dropping paper waste into a cardboard receptacle housed in a wrought iron frame. The logo on the receptacle reads "For a More Beautiful City" at the top, and "Oakland Park Deoartment" at the bottom. The frame repeats and accentuates the darkened area and geometric design on the cardboard.
