The location of this scene is the ready room for enlisted air force men. The typewritten notation attached to the back of the photo reads "Always alerted, the enlisted men who make up the ground crews don't stray far away from their quarters. When times hang heavy, they stake their paychecks in a poker game. Only those men who have lost their checks or spent them stay out. It's the old army game." Six uniformed men are playing the game while five men are watching th action. All are attired in uniforms of one type or another. A rack of uniforms is hanging from a bar in the right background.
