The drawng is a cartoon map of the east bay, that gives fun facts and images of some of the early happenings in the east bay, such as Raccoon Strait, where the first world's depth was made by a U.S. Submarine. There is a disclaimer in the bottom right corner that reads: This pictoral chart was drawn by Fred Lundy with the helpful assistance of Frank Kester, who furnished the historical data depicted hereon. The two culprits disclaim any responsibility for the arguments that might arise over the accuracy of the facts set forth.
