Small publication with a gray cover, printed in blue "Beautiful Pacific Grove...compliments Board of City Trustees." An illustration of a Monterey Cypress tree is also printed on the cover in blue. Printed in metallic silver is "Monterey County California," and swirls and swells (like ocean waves) on either side of the illustration of the tree. The style of lettering and illustration have a Craftsman-like style. Well illustrated, the booklet contains various images of local sites, churches, the Mission at Carmel, El Carmelo Hotel, "Midway Point on the Seventeen-mile Drive," Hotel el Monte and its grounds, an indoor swimming pool, etc. The last page of the booklet is a map of the area between Monterey Bay and Carmel Bay; of special note is the differnce between "County Roads," "Macadam Roads," and "water troughs."
