It appears a signature may have been etched into bottom but it is difficult to read.





Dark brown stoneware vessel with ten moku glaze. Vessel has four legs extending strait down from the bottom and two looped handles on sides extending up from the rim. Vessel has a round bottom and an oval rim. Finish is gloss brown except for the sides which have a mat basket weave motif.
