This is a pair of knitted, dark green mitts (fingerless gloves) decorated by hand by Rachel Anne Palacios. On the back of each hand the artist has created a traditional quatrefoil motif in metallic green gel, accented with artifical stones (similar to "moon stones'). In the center is a silver colored metal oval-shaped medal with the Virgin of Guadelupe pictured on it. A: Right mitt. B: Left mitt.
