This is a teacup and saucer, A:cup, B:saucer. A stands on a foot, it is decorated on the outside with a scalloped garland at the top edge, a chain like garland just below it, bouquets of branches and leaves interspersed with sprigs of leaves with green flowers with a final chain like garland at the bottom, all done in metallic gold. A larger scale of the scalloped garland is on the inside of the lip. In the bottom of the cup is a six petal flower made of printed ribbon with branches of leaves making a larger six petal flower all done in metalic gold. The small handle is trimmed with a fine line of metallic gold on either side and brushed and dotted areas of metallic gold. B, the saucer is broad and the decoration matches that of A. The center of the saucer in which the cup sits is larger than the base of the cup.
