This is a horizontally-oriented poster with a 1.25 to 2.25 inch white margin around the outside edge. Inside is a printed black and white illustration of several people standing in front of the "Oakland Public Library" They are holding parts of a Chinese dragon costume and images of dragons are floating above them. There is a fountain to the left of the people and a drum with Chinese writing on it in the foreground. There is a sign above the "Oakland Public Library" sign reading "Asian / Cultural Center". There is also a small sign with "388" on it in the right part of image between the dragons.
