Bottom left corner has "#442 Grass Bag (c) 1971 Synergisms, 601 Minnesota Street, San Francisco, CA 94107 (415) 285-9150 Designer Jerry Berman."

Poster has a light grey background with a man in the center. The man is wearing a white suit, has grey hair and is holding a small baggy of marijuana. Above the bag is "Locks in Freshness and Flavor." This poster is a counterculture parody of the company advertising spokesman "The Man from Glad." That character, in turn, was based on the "The Man from U.N.C.L.E." NBC television series that was broadcast 1964-1968. Glad is currently jointly owned by the Clorox corporation and Procter & Gamble, but at the time this poster was made it was owned by Dow Chemical, which sold off large sectors of its holdings after the Bhopal Chemical Disaster.
