There is a lengthy inscription describing the history of LaborFest and listing sponsoring organizations in very small, red, italic text in the bottom center. There is also a recyling symbol, an "Allied Printing" union label, "147", and "Inkworks Press" at the bottom edge. Small, black text along the right edge of the image reads "''The San Francisco General Strike,'' Serigraph by Louise Gilbert, 1947" and small, black text along the left edge of the image reads "poster design by Jan Cook".

This is a white poster with a rectangular illustration in the top quarter of the page. The gray, black, brown, and white illustration includes an image of a large man in a suit holding a stack of money. There are rows of marching soldiers carrying American flags, a soldier lying behind a barricade with a rifle, and a group of people holding signs and falling down, injured. Two of the signs have red text reading "Eages" and "Hiring Halt". Large, black text and small, red text below the image reads "San Francisco / LaborFest / 2000 / The Struggle Continues_". The lower 2/3 of the page contains a program for the festival with details in regular and bold, black text and July dates in red.
