Poster has white unprinted edges enclosing a stylized color illustration of the backs of three men in blue holding brown batons, as onther figure at the left scuries away. At the top left and center left and right are yellow backgrounds that look like pieces of paper, with black text printed on it listing the names of individuals and how they died. Surrounding the image is a brown border with text circling around reading, "Let the Dead Walk before you" at the top, "Acquaint yourselves with Their Names" down the right and "Memorial Day 1937 lest we forget" up the left. At the bottom is "Republic Chicago Steel".
