The man is shown wearing only boots and he holds an open shackle in one hand that is attached by a chain to a large ball printed with "1898 / Folsom." "Folsom / Prison" is printed above and below the graphic in large curved font. "1898 Folsom Street / (at 15th St.) / San Francisco, Ca. 94103 / (415) 861-2811" printed in smaller font at bottom center.This bar (not to be confused with Mack's Folsom Prison) was open from 1973 to 1977.
