Poster has a pink background and an unprinted white border overall. Poster has a stylized drawing of a naked female figure with billowing curly hair, straddling and clinging to, a large amorphous penis. The penis is connected to a large flesh like sack that appears to contain six round objects. Behind the female figure and the penis there is short dark curly hair. The penis is expelling a large arc of white semen.
