Poster is printed on tan paper. Top edge of the poster has text in black and blue in Asian characters. Poster has a stylized drawing overall. The drawing illustrates the movement of water from its origin as rain in the mountains (at top of poster) through various environments. Streams flow out from the mountains to form a river. The river winds down to the bottom of the poster. The right side of the river is lined with farms and rural developments with raised thatched houses. The left side of the river is lined with factories and dense urban development. The various elements of the drawing are labeled with bands of red printed with white Asian characters, and described with rows of black Asian characters. At the bottom of the poster the factories and urban development have made the river dark with pollution and full of garbage and debris. The bottom of the poster has more Asian characters in green and black with small tree and leaf logos.
