This is a white poster with a design printed 5 inches from the top and 2.5 inches from the bottom. This design starts out orange at the top and fades through yellow and green to blue at the bottom. Below an orange stripe is text reading "?Alto A La Guerra!" Below, in large print with a dove incorporated into the top of the "p", is text reading "paz". Small text along the bottom reads "Nuestra Lucha Esta Aqui". The back of this poster also has material printed on it. It is horizontally oriented with columns of small, black text listing medical centers and clinics. A red rectangle in the upper center has large white text reading "AIDS". Large, black handwriting across the lower half reads "In / Alameda / County" with the bottom of county cut off.
