Poster has two parts. The main piece is white paper with spray painted letters in balck, red and blue that reads: "If History / Repeats / Will We / Notice?". The second part is a offset lithograph that has been stapled to the center of the other paper. It is black and white. At the top has black text that reads: "Stop the 9-11 Cover Up!". Below is an image of Adolf Hilter and George W. Bush each standing in front of their respective home countries. Below is a dollar bill with George W. Bush in the center and the amount reading "9-11". To the sides of the dollar bill and below is text and an image of a plane and the World Trade Center with white text that reads: "Unmasking the Big Deception". To the right of this image is black text that reads: "9/11 Wan An Inside Job!".
