Multi-color poster printed on white paper. A rectangular graphic is centered on the upper two-thirds of the page. The image shows a winged trophy decorated with skulls against a background that is blue on the bottom and polka-dot on the top. A small image of a house next to a tree appears at bottom left and right. "For Meritorious *Self-Censorship and Heroic Compliance" is printed in red above the trophy.
