This is a red poster with a large circle resembling the Starbucks emblem in the center. The circle has a green border surrounded by two, thin white borders, and a black center. There is a red star inside the green border on either side of the circle. An illustration of a woman in a green apron holding a wrench and wearing a billed hat fills the center of the circle. The hat has a red emblem with the letters "I / W W" separated by stars above a globe. White text along the top of the circle reads "Starbucks Workers Union" and the same white text along the bottom border of the circle reads "Industrial Workers Of The World". Large, white text along the top edge of the poster reads "You Have The Right" and continues with "To Organize" along the bottom.
