Savings bank. Description: Oval shaped white metal savings bank with slot at the top to put money in. Loop handle across the top. Hinged bottom with a lock, (no key). Side has metal plaque which reads: "Central Savings Bank, Oakland, Cal, A dollar in the bank is worth two dollars in the pocket". Condition: very good (locked). 3 1/2" x 5/8" x 2-1/16". History: Came from an Oakland Savings Bank.
