Airport Inn and Restaurant; 2. Administration Building, Airport Superintendent, Bureau of Air Commerce, Inspection service, Airways Communications, U.S. Weather Bureau, U.S. Post Office, First Aid Station, Public Telephones, Telegraph; 3. (hangar) Army Aircorps Reserve Base Squadrons 316-367; 4. (hangar) Naval Reserve Air Base- Squadron 14 Marine Corps Reserve Air Base- Squadrn 10; 5 (hangar) United Air Lines Boeing School of Aeronautics; 6. (hangar) Bureau of Air Commerce, Airways Control Tower and Airport Control Tower. Areas designated as the Airport Channel with a seaplane ramp; "Airport Industrial Area 135 Acres", "Bureau of Air Commerce Airways Radio Station and Radio Beacon."
