Photo shows a group of men and women standing on and around the back end of a train as they pose for a photo. The men standing on the train appear to be all officers. One man in a suit and hat is standing on top of the train. The railing at the back of the train is decorated with bunting. Some of the men are squatting down on the ground in the front. To the right are three African American soldiers, the one in the middle holding an American flag and the two soldiers standing next to him with rifles at their soldiers.
