Photo shows a Chinese American (?) woman walking across the tarmac at Travis Air Force Base with a Vietnamese girl who was one of the orphans brought from Vietnam during the Orphan Airlift. The little girl is probably five or six years old and is wearing a denim jacket over her clothes and a blanket is wrapped around her shoulders and over her head. She is holding a doll in her arms. The woman walking with the child is smiling. In the background are more children with volunteer, several Air Force personnel, and the stairs of the airplane.
