At the right background, there is a wooden pier. In the distance, at the right horizon, there are hills that closely resemble the Marin headlands. On the back of the photo on a typewritten note the ownership of the photo is established as Mr.C.L. Roberts, 8917 A Street, Hayward. In larger pencilled writing is "Env #88 Neg. #9"
