This is a photographic negative of a runner on first base being tagged by the first baseman. The runner is touching the bag with his left foot as his right foot and body are stretched out past the base. He is also looking back at the play. The fielder is stepping over the bag with his left foot and applying the tag with his right hand (glove) to the runner's left left. The shot was taken from the first base side and toward second base. Center and left field can be seen in the background.
