A green ribbon with "Sacramento May 21-24 1939 SNAIX" in dark green type and a triangle with a snake around it, is pinned on by a metal badge with SACRAMENTO engraved, as well as the capitol building, the bridge, and Sutter's Fort, there is also a mule with mining gear on it. Inside the decorated metal frame is a paper label that reads "H.P.Todd Oakland"---- It is unknown what "SNAIX" is. | (Joellen Lippett 10/03) A note with the ribbon explained the pyramid and snake symbol: "The pyramid stands for the Holy Trinity; the snake stands for everlasting life in heaven."
