Depiction: Student protestors were corraled by National Guard and police into an empty lot in Berkeley. This photo is a close up of the students toward the front of the crowd who are faced by National Guard solders who keep them in place. The soliders have bayonetted rifles pointed at the students and very serious faces. Journalists can be seen on the edge of the crowd. Ironically, there is a large sign which reads EXIT just in front of the crowd.
