Madison Park in the chinatwon neighborhood in Oakland. In the foreground is a cement sculpture of a large recumbent, curled dragon, used by children for climbing. On the far side of the dragon there is a playground set, consisting of swings, on one of which an Asian American girl is seated, and a slide.
