Cardboard hanger is styled in the shape of the head and shoulders of a woman. Her blonde hair has been swept up and curved to one side to form the hook of the hanger. She is wearing sunglasses, a necklace of large white beads, and a green blouse with white stripes. There are two notches in her 'shoulders' to keep a garment hung on this hanger from slipping off. The reverse side of the hanger is printed to appear like the back side of the woman. Printed on the lower edge of the reverse side is "Made in Japan." When received from the donor, hanger was in a sealed plastic bag, which was removed due to its poor condition.
