Large, white linen damask dinner napkin, with lettering reading "United States of America, Department of the Navy" in a circle around an eagle holding an anchor. Clusters of 13 stars (for the original colonies) form stars in the field of the napkin. There are two borders of a rope-like pattern, with stars scattered between them, and a narrow, machine stitched hem at the top and bottom of the napkin.
