An ornamental loving cup souvenir from the Golden Gate International Exposition. There are two depictions on opposite sides. One shows a series of steps leading up to a small builiding with the inscription "Elephant Tower, San Francisco World's Fair 1939." The other shows a tall pointed tower and says "Tower of the Sun, San Francisco World's Fair 1939." Under the base there is the inscription "Made in Japan."
