The graphic shows in perspective an enormous military tank advancing under the dome of the Capitol in Washington, DC, with ascending aeroplanes fanning out like angels on either side of a fluttering Stars and Stripes. Below the tracks of the vehicle hundreds of tiny people appear, some running to avoid being crushed.. In the other image, a photograph, a young man is sitting on the grass with folded arms, while behind him stand a row of soldiers wearing helmets and gas masks and with rifles at the ready with fixed bayonets.
