Mrs. Fong is seated at a table with her elbows resting on the table with her left hand, wearing what appear to be a square-cut diamond ring and band, over her right hand. She is looking to one side of the photographer and looks neutral - neither smiling nor frowing - her mouth is closed. Her dark hair is worn in a smooth bouffant/teasted style with bangs that cover most of her forehead. Her hair covers her ears. She is wearing a high-necked black dress with sleeves that go to the elbow. She wears a three-standed pearl necklace. The pears are of varying sizes with the largest in front and the smallest in back at the clasp. She appears to be wearing eye make-up and lipstick.
