March Fong Eu Governor for a Day seated at desk. With her right hand she is signing the document that she is holding with her left hand. Her dark hair is in a boufant style. She is wearing a light colored jacket and her blouse has a floral pattern and ties in a big bow at the neckline. She wears large earrings, a watch on her left wrist and a large ring on her right hand. On the desk in front of her is a large white sheet of paper with the words"State of California" in large type and smaller text below it. Under the document she is signing are more papers, some of which are gathered in a bull dog clip. To the left of this stack of papers is a microphone aimed at her. Above the microphone is a stack of papers and books or binders. Beyond this stack of papers and in front of one of the walls of the office is a large indoor leafy plant. Over the Acting Governor's left shoulder is one white star that is prorbably part of a flag positioned behind her on a pole.
