The interiors of the vases are glazed in black and red with drips of red glaze down the exterior sides. The vases are embedded in clay that has a surface of thumb-sized indentations. The second section (b) consists of one medium and one small vase with pastel matte polychrome exteriors and red and black interiors that are embedded in clay with indented surface. A rectangle with the numbers "12:27" in the style of a tal clock face is painted on the side of the medium sized vase near the top. A cylindrical column with matte polychrome finish and small indentations makes up the third section (c). Five vases (two vertical, two horizontal, and one small round vase) make up the fourth section (d). The exteriors are finished with black matte glaze with red glossy glaze partially covering the sides. Graphics of insects appear on the bottom sides of several vases. The fifth section (e) consists of a large vase with a tree and a black and white butterfly graphic painted on one side, a small beaker-shaped vase, a small wide-mouthed vase painted with a loose woven pattern on the interior, and a shallow dish painted with the image of two hands shaping a clay pot. All vases are glazed with glossy red exteriors. Four small and one large vase, all glazed with glossy red exteriors, make up the sixth section (f). A black and white abstract line pattern is painted on the bottom of the large vase, and a hollow tree with bare leaves standing in front of a full moon appears on the back of a small vase. The top section (g) is a molded ceramic rooster with red glossy finish. Mount: The ceramic sections stack vertically around a cylindrical rod that is fused to the center of the square steel base with wheels. A second rod screws into the first to support the upper ceramic sections.
