Howard Jarvis, Los Angeles businessman and avowed, 'American extremist' said last night he is in the race for the GOP nomination for United States Senator because the incumbent, Sen. Thomas H. Kuchel, 'has been voting with the liberal democrats.' Jarvis addressed the installation dinner of the Albany Republican Assembly at the Marin School."
