One letter on "L.A.G. Livermore Action Group" letterhead typed in Spanish to "Monsenor Juvenal Porcayo Uribe, Obispo de Tapachula, Apartado 70, Tapachula, Chiapas Mexico." The letter invites the monsenor and his diocese to participate in the International Day of Nuclear Disarmament on June 20, 1983 by having masses, novenas, rosaries and special services dedicated to nuclear disarmament and peace as well as homilies addressing "our unique human, moral and political responsibilities to see that a conscious choice is made to save humanity." The letter also sugges that church organizations and individuals "may want to plan demonstrations and actions of non-violent civil dispbedience for Internatioal Day." The letter is signed by Rafael Jesus Gonzalez and Michael E. O'Sullivan.
