Verso has "Braces #1 1/1 1976 KKMay" handwritten in pencil along the lower edge. Bottom right corner has a blue circle sticker with #30 hand written in black and a black ink stamp that reads, "Kate Like May San francisco CA."





Black and white photograph of young girl with short dark hair holding a dark colored rooster under her arm. She has on a white turtleneck with a t-shirt over it that as an image of a happy face smiling with braces. Printed above the image is "Braces" below "Beautiful." She is wearing a smal necklace and a ring on her right hand.
