The rest of the poster describes an event - "Meet-Your-Maker Marathon" - at which Christians throw themselves off of the Golden Gate Bridge on October 8th, 1972, as an act of faith and sacrifice. The satirical poster is written from a "Christian''s point of view", addressing contentious religious issues such as sex. The top of the poster has a map of the Bay Area, with the Birdge circled. At the bottom left is a cartoon image of people with crosses on their heads and a man in a grave saying "and the meek shall inherit the earth". At the bottom right is a stylized image of a hand holding up a cross.
