Poster is printed with a stylized drawing overall. At center is a drawing of George Washington with very short hair, surrounded by an oval frame with stylized leaves like that on the one dollar bill. The drawing includes a small label with the text: "Washington". The top of the poster has the text: "Keep America Beautiful" inside a rectangular border. The bottom of the poster has the text: "Get A Haircut" just below the image of Washington. Long hair on men was a symbol of opposition to mainstream America, and some found such displays offensive.
