The poster is printed overall wit a stylized drawing. The drawing has a number of insects in a space among blades of grass. At the top of the poster a bee hovers holding the end of a long banner with the text: "help wanted At / The Hive". At left there are two bees and a large pencil sharpener, one bee appears to be turning the crank while the other sticks his stinger in the hole at front. The center has an ant with a pencil doing situps, a bee with a pencil on the back of a ladybug, and a dragon fly in the air. On either side of the dragonfly there is a blackboard with text, at left: "Exercise Your Foresight", at right "With Daily / metaphor Push-Ups". The right side of the poster has a bee in the air holding two buckets as well as larger pieces of grass with text on the tops. The bottom edge of the poster has four signs with text from left to right they read: "Fellow / Workers / Sharpen / Your / Stingers", "It's Time/ To Swarm / The State", Join Forces / in the mission to / Cross / Pollinate / the grassroots", and "creating imagery / for use as / effective / organizing tools".
